- We only release a small number of family rooms to the online travel agencies such as Booking.com and Expedia.
- If you do not see availability when booking on our website, do not fear! We hold back some of our largest family rooms and interconnecting rooms and these can only be booked over the phone - please give us a call on 01344 882284 and we will do our best to get you booked in.
- Breakfast is not included if you book with online travel agencies.
- Bed & Breakfast rates are only available if you book direct by phone or on our website, it is also cheaper booking breakfast in advance rather than on the day! - Cancellation policy - plans can sometimes change last minute - with a 9am cancellation window on the day of arrival rather than 24 hours, you have much greater flexibility on the lead up to your visit!
